Officers:

Coronado Hills/Creekside Neighborhood Association is a community of single family homes, condominiums, town homes, fourplexes and rental units.  Our boundaries are highways 183, 290 E and Cameron Road.


Currently we hold monthly meetings via Google Meet, and in person at the Windsor Park Library, on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm.

About Us 

Deed restrictions are clauses that limit how a landowner can use their property. Deed restrictions generally run with the land, regardless of the property ownership. The homes in Coronado Hills were built in several phases between 1968–1975. Consequently, there are several versions of deed restrictions in effect.
