Monthly Neighborhood Meeting:
When: Tuesday April 21st, 2026 6:30 PM
Where: ONLINE ONLY - https://meet.google.com/rvg-xejk-egj
What:
Our neighborhood meetings are a chance to stay informed and connected. We cover what's happening in the neighborhood, construction updates, and city changes that may affect our area. Occasionally, we invite representatives from the City of Austin to help explain updates directly. There's always time for a Q&A, so neighbors can bring up questions or concerns and hear from others in the community.
NEIGHBORHOOD WIDE GARAGE SALE
When: Saturday, April 25th from 9 AM–2 PM
Where: participating home throughout the neighborhood
What: This sale will be a great way to clear things out, make a little extra money, and bring more people into the neighborhood — all while keeping items in use and out of the landfill.
Participating is simple: just set up a garage sale at your home. Neighborhood-wide sales usually mean more visitors and more successful sales, since shoppers know they can visit multiple homes in one area
If you’d like your address included on the neighborhood
sale map, you can sign up here:
Signing up isn’t required, but it helps shoppers find your home and helps us promote the event more effectively.
You’re welcome to start earlier or stay open later — 9 AM to 2 PM is simply the official window we’ll be advertising.

📣 Flyers will be available at the community stand (7400 Sevilla) if you’d like to help spread the word, and you can also find a printable version on our Facebook page.
Start that spring cleaning now and get those garage sale piles ready — we’re looking forward to a fun day for the neighborhood 🌷
Our Neighborhood Garden Tour went so well last year, and we’re so excited to bring it back this spring!
We loved getting to walk the neighborhood together, see the spaces people have created, and give neighbors a chance to share their work, ideas, and creativity. It was such a simple but meaningful way to connect — both with each other and with the land we care for.
If you hosted last year — you are absolutely welcome (and encouraged!) to sign up again 💛
🗓️ When: Saturday morning in May 9:30 AM – 12 PM
(Start location: 7400 Sevilla Dr)
👉 If you’re interested in participating, let us know which Saturdays work best for you at the link below! The official date will be announced in the May newsletter.
🌱 How It Works
We’ll create a walkable route and visit each participating yard together as a group.
Each stop will have about 30 minutes for the host to:
Share their space
Talk about what they’re growing or working on
Answer questions (if they want!)
We’ll also have:
🥤 Drinks available
🎤 A speaker + microphone so hosts can easily share with the group
No need for a perfectly manicured yard — this is about community, creativity, and connection, not perfection.
🌼 Flexible + Casual
You don’t have to attend the whole time — feel free to join for just one or two stops, come late or leave early, pop in wherever works for you.
📍 Where to Find Updates
We’ll share the final route/map of participating homes via our website, the community stand, & our Facebook group
