What: Our neighborhood meetings are a chance to stay informed and connected. We cover what's happening in the neighborhood, construction updates, and city changes that may affect our area. Occasionally, we invite representatives from the City of Austin to help explain updates directly. There's always time for a Q&A, so neighbors can bring up questions or concerns and hear from others in the community.



Neighborhood Garden Tour:​

When: May 31, 2025
Where: Start at 7400 Sevilla Dr. & walk the neighborhood 
What: 

Do you have a front yard full of wildflowers? A veggie patch you’re proud of? A backyard filled with native plants, or cool DIY projects? We want to see it — and so do your neighbors!
We’re planning our first-ever CHCRNA Neighborhood Garden Tour and we’re looking for residents who’d like to show off their outdoor spaces and share their love of gardening, plants, pollinators, or anything else growing in their yard.


🚶‍♀️ How It Works:

  • We'll create a walkable route to visit each participating yard together as a group.

  • Each stop will have ~30 minutes for the host to give a short tour, chat, and answer questions.

No need for a perfectly manicured yard — this is about community, creativity, and connection! Even if you’re not hosting a stop, you’re absolutely invited to come along for the tour! This isn’t just for gardeners — it’s for anyone who wants to get outside, meet neighbors, and enjoy a fun, casual walk through the neighborhood. 🌿👟

Walk, Talk, & Tidy

☀️ Walk, Talk & Tidy is Taking a Summer Break! 🧤
As we head into the hot summer months, we're pausing our Walk, Talk & Tidy events while we test out some new community gatherings (like the upcoming Coffee Pop Up & Garden Tour!).
We’ll be back soon with more ways to connect, clean up, and build community together.

Where: Meet at Clifton Career Center
What: We’ll walk the streets of the neighborhood, clean up litter, and connect with neighbors along the way.

We’ll provide bags and grabbers, so just bring yourself and comfortable walking shoes. It’s a great way to give back, meet your neighbors, and get some fresh air.
