What: 

Our neighborhood meetings are a chance to stay informed and connected. We cover what's happening in the neighborhood, construction updates, and city changes that may affect our area. Occasionally, we invite representatives from the City of Austin to help explain updates directly. There's always time for a Q&A, so neighbors can bring up questions or concerns and hear from others in the community.​​

Neighborhood Happy Hour 
When: Friday, February 27th from 6:30–8:30 PM

What: If your goal this year is to build community, meet your neighbors, and spend time together in a relaxed, no-pressure setting, this one’s for you.

Join us for a casual neighborhood happy hour where neighbors can gather, chat, and reconnect indoors. After needing to cancel several recent events due to weather, we’re excited to keep things simple and bring everyone together in a warm, welcoming space.

CHCRNA will be buying queso and guacamole for the table, and drinks or meals are on your own. Feel free to come late, leave early, or just pop in for a bit — we’d love to see you whenever you can make it.

Public Meeting - Buttermilk Creek Water Quality Improvement Project:​

What: The City of Austin is planning a project in the Coronado Hills / Creekside neighborhood to improve water quality and address erosion along Buttermilk Creek. The project will focus on restoring the creek, enhancing wildlife habitat, stabilizing creek banks, upgrading wastewater infrastructure, and reducing pollutants from stormwater runoff.

An informational meeting will be held at the Virginia L. Brown Recreation Center to share details about the project.
